Behind the Wheel for Teens

Behind the wheel for teens is a class directed towards teens who have not received their driver’s license yet. It contains 30 hours of classroom, 7 hours of driving, and 7 hours of observation.

Behind the Wheel for Adults

Behind The Wheel for Adults is a class directed to adults who haven’t obtained their driver’s license yet. The classes will take five to seven hours to complete. Classes are from 9am to 8pm everyday except Sunday.

Re-Examination Course

Is a class directed to both adults and teens who have failed the DMV written examination. This course will help you to obtain your learners/license. The course has 30 hours of classes, which usually takes a week to complete.

Defensive Driving

Defensive Driving is an eight hour improvement course. Provided by National Safety Counsel. This class is for those who have received traffic tickets and want points deducted from their driving record. By attending this class, you will receive five points to your record. This course can only be taken once every two years. Classes are on Thursdays and Saturdays beginning at 9:00am and finishing at 5:00pm.

Driver’s Education

Driver’s Education is a state-required course in Virginia for individuals seeking a driver’s license. This program covers the classroom portion of driver training and focuses on traffic laws, driver responsibilities, safe driving strategies, and the risks associated with distracted or impaired driving.
